Thanks for the tip about our videos. It’s always a challenge to balance a clean product page vs one that’s packed with “helpful” information. That’s just an inherent challenge when it comes to businesses that are online. Sure makes it a lot easier if I could just stand there and give a product presentation and guiding prospective customers through the key benefits and features!

In any case, the main lesson learned is to get reliable and relevant feedback from prospects and customers, to understand what they’re struggling with. We’ve tried many different approaches but the data we’ve gathered were “so-so”. We’ll keep at it 🙂

I purchased a Divtag template from you for my business awhile back, and I was looking for something for another website I am working on and came across another website that belongs to you guys, http://www.websitebuilderexpert.com (which is also super helpful by the way!) – and just thought I wonder if they have a blog, so I just put Jeremy and Connie into Google and here I am 🙂

Just a quick note about the videos: Make them shorter – and like you said maybe touch on those specific features you don’t think people are utilizing. Or – put bookmarks or a kind of contents with time stamps of where to find certain info in the video so people can jump to what they are looking for. I can’t remember what hiccup or question I was having when I first purchased your template but I started the video and kind of ended up clicking away from it because there is so much info, and then just tried to keep an ear out for that specific bit of information I was looking for . . . I think I eventually found what I was looking for though – or I might have bugged you guys for it.

Any way, I really appreciate you guys, and what you do, I wish you so much success!!!

Leia
